Clause 1: Definitions and Interpretation

  Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account password. jadewin will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by the user's own negligence.

  Account registration by a representative, agent or third party on behalf of another person is prohibited without written permission from jadewin.

Clause 3: Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jadewin platform are subject to the following terms:

  The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is RM50. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100.

Clause 4: Bonuses and Promotions

  jadewin offers a 150% welcome bonus of up to RM1,500 on new members' first deposit. This bonus is subject to a 20x wagering requirement on the bonus amount before a withdrawal can be made.

  Example calculation: A deposit of RM2,200 will receive the maximum bonus of RM1,500, bringing the balance to RM3,700. The wagering requirement is RM1,500 × 20 = RM30,000, which must be completed.

  Each bonus may only be claimed once per account. Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts is classified as promotion abuse.

  jadewin reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to the relevant users.

  Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings earned after the wagering requirement has been met will be eligible for withdrawal.

Clause 5: Game Rules

The specific rules for each game available on the jadewin platform are as follows:

• The platform uses a random number generator (RNG) that has been independently audited to ensure every game round is fair and cannot be manipulated.

• The use of automation software, bots or third-party tools to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Violation of any clause in these terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or suspicious transactions.
• A voluntary request from the user, including a self-exclusion request for responsible gambling reasons.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a period defined by jadewin's internal policy.

If an account is closed due to fraud or a breach of terms, jadewin reserves the right to forfeit the remaining balance, including winnings and bonuses. If closure is made for other reasons, any valid balance will be returned to the user via the original payment method once verification is complete.

Clause 9: Amendments to Terms and Conditions
